02: PROPOSAL
We’ll continue the conversation by creating a handcrafted proposal filled with photos and a detailed plan for your day based on flower availability, color scheme, and your financial investment.
03: BOOKING
Upon booking your date with Rosemary Floral Co., you become a part of our family. We are committed to giving you personalized attention and ensuring every detail is taken care of, beginning with a welcome letter and extending all the way through your special day. We value your trust in us and are dedicated to demonstrating our unique approach to floral design and our unwavering commitment to you.
04: DESIGN
When your wedding week finally arrives, your flowers become our top priority! We receive shipments from our trusted wholesalers at the beginning of the week and begin processing them right away. Each bloom is carefully unboxed, unwrapped, and prepped—removing rubber bands, leaves, thorns, and guard petals. We give every stem a fresh cut and place it in treated water to keep them fresh for the weekend. Your flowers are then organized in buckets and stored in a cool, dark space while we begin crafting your personal flowers, centerpieces, and any other floral arrangements in your design plan.
05: DELIVERY
On the morning of your wedding, we carefully load every floral piece into our transport vehicles to ensure safe delivery. Once at the venue, our team handles everything: pinning boutonnieres, delivering your bouquet, placing arrangements throughout your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces, and executing any on-site installations. Our team works behind the scenes throughout the day to ensure every floral detail is just right—so you can relax, enjoy the moment, and celebrate knowing your flowers are in expert hands.
